Dr. ARMAND HAMMER

David Young with Dr. Armand Hammer in Moscow. Dr. Hammer served as the Chairman of Occidental Petroleum Company for years and was legendary for his work throughout the former Soviet Union. Dr. Hammer's staff was very helpful to Mr. Young in early days of Glasnost.
